• At any time, a user may view all cases and tasks they have been assigned to work on, and which have the highest priority. They may then select any of the cases with a single mouse click.
• Customize the tasks required for each case by defining Profiles for different types of cases.
• Assign as few or as many processing steps as you want to track for each Profile.
• You may predefine which person or which department will be assigned the various tasks.
