TITLEPRO 2010 UPGRADE
Dear Titlepro Customer,
As we approach the new year, all eyes are on the Hud revisions required by federal regulations, which take effect January 1, 2010.
The November release of our Titlepro 2010 upgrade will support these revisions and comply with all new requirements. It will include:
- a new Hud-1, page 3 that compares page 2 closing costs with GFE estimates, and
- a revised Hud-1, page 2 that complies with new specifications and is tied into page 3, and
- a three page Good Faith Estimate that also ties into page 3.
You will continue to be able to access cases prepared using the current Hud-1 in their original format.
We will release the upgrade first to a small number of users for initial feedback. If you would like to be in that group, please let us know.
The cost for the Titlepro 2010 upgrade is $135 per workstation, or $65 per workstation for paid-up service and support customers.
When the module is available for general distribution, the Titlepro support team will contact you to arrange installation.
