TITLEPRO SERVICE AND SUPPORT
Titlepro's Service Plan offers reliable on-call and on-line support for your Titlepro system. Users can use our "800" phone hotline, on-line system support, and general assistance.
Our support staff can answer your questions on handling complicated cases, using Titlepro features, upgrades, additions to system hardware, and software capabilities.
Participants in our Service and Support Plan receive software updates and enhancements without additional cost. (Excludes upgrades to new version levels and non-Titlepro software.)
After an initial three-month warranty period, Titlepro users have the option to either enroll in the Service and Support Plan for a standard monthly fee, or receive support and
updates on a "per occurrence"basis at the standard rate of $75/hour .
Titlepro proudly offers a support plan which is second to none. Over the last
twenty-five years, any plan member with a "systems critical" issue has received corrective action within one business day of their original service call.
