Titlepro 2007 is designed around Microsoft’s newer Database technology. This is a major Version upgrade of Titlepro and will become the new standard for larger title offices. Some of the premium features include:
- Newest Microsoft DB technology with improved features; required for later move to upcoming SQL server version)
- PDF creation for HUD, Documents, and Reports
- Case Documents Folder containing all case-related items
- Integrated Email Send of Word Documents and PDFs
- YSP - Yield Spread Premium (see above)
- Enhanced Printer Selection
- Live Update on Demand
- Disbursement Transfers
- All other Titlepro upgrades
Anticipated pricing: $165 per station + 1-time database conversion fee (requires that all stations convert to Titlepro 2007)
