New Titlepro Features Available Now

 •Titlepro HUD PDF Module 

  • A custom interface which seamlessly creates an image of your HUD and allows the user to email the case HUD in a standard PDF (portable data format) file.

  • Additionally, the PDF module allows you to maintain an image catalog. 

  • Future updates to the PDF module will provide imaging and email capabilities to other components of the Titlepro system.

  • Pricing: $75 per workstation (requires update to Titlepro rev. 1145+)

    • 20% discount for monthly support plan customers*

Titlepro Escrow Reconciliation Service

  • Designed to help your company conserve valuable staff time and keep your Escrow accounts up to date.  Titlepro’s expert staff knows the software better than anyone. Allow our reconciliation service to relieve the headaches of your busy closing schedule.

  • Initial pricing: $250 for first month & account review

    • price covers single Escrow account

    • subsequent month pricing subject to review

    • discounts available for multiple Escrow accounts

  • Titlepro 2007 will include this in-demand feature. But since it's ready to go, you can purchase now it and receive full credit when you upgrade later.

    • $75 per station for non support plan systems (requires update to Titlepro rev. 1145+)

Titlepro 2007 Preview

  • Titlepro 2007 is designed around Microsoft’s newer Database technology. This is a major Version upgrade of Titlepro and will become the new standard for larger title offices.  Some of the premium features include:

  • Newest Microsoft DB technology with improved features; required for later move to upcoming SQL server version)

  • PDF creation for HUD, Documents, and Reports

  • Case Documents Folder containing all case-related items

  • Integrated Email Send of Word Documents and PDFs

  • YSP - Yield Spread Premium (see above)

  • Enhanced Printer Selection

  • Live Update on Demand

  • Disbursement Transfers

  • All other Titlepro upgrades

  •  Anticipated pricing: $165 per station + 1-time database conversion fee (requires that all stations convert to Titlepro 2007)
